After three and a half years, the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office got to move back into their dispatch center that was devastated by 12 feet of flood waters thanks to Hurricane Katrina. Congrats to you and welcome home!

Wildfires in Hyde County NC

Fallen Officers at Dekalb County, GA
Our deepest heartfelt condolences go to the friends, family and colleagues of the officers gunned down last night in Dekalb County, GA. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Dekalb County GA Cut Live with InterAct Public Safety Systems
InterAct Public Safety Systems is pleased to announce that we cut live CTI/CAD/GIS at 00:28 hrs this morning at Dekalb Count, GA. So far in a 12 hour period they have entered over 1000 calls into CAD. They are running with approximately 180 active calls and at times have over 100 pending calls. So the system is really being put through the paces and holding up tremendously! By the time the day shift came on duty around 7:30 we were able to get aprox. 150 fire and law units logged into CrimeAgent Mobile CAD as well. As the day progresses we will be adding more units and continuing to proceed with the full implementation of the laptops.

Overall the customer seems very pleased with the products, and our team on site. The on-site representative from our partner, Motorola, commented that
he has gone through many cuts in his 30+ years experience and has never
seen such clean one. Everyone has been working around the clock and on minimal amounts of sleep, (or no sleep at all!) And when additional help was requested this morning, we were able to meet the need and the customer truly appreciates all we're doing to get through this initial first 24-48hrs.
